* The 57th Annual Meeting and 43rd Postgraduate Course are only the second ESPR event of this type organized in Southeast Europe.
In order to facilitate joining the Congress to a larger number of colleagues from SEE countries and increase the regional base of the ESPR in Southeast Europe, Organizing Committee made a decision to offer special discounted prices for participants from the below-listed countries.

Registration fees for delegates include
- Admittance to all sessions
- Admittance to the technical exhibition
- Congress programme and abstracts
- Certificate of attendance
- Opening ceremony and welcome reception
- Lunch and coffee breaks
NB: All attendees of the congress should be aware that photographs will be taken by our team during the course, which might be used on our website, and/or printed media.
Cancellation & refunds
PCO Partner Aria.One C&C must be notified of any cancellations in writing on email registration@espr2023.com.
- Cancellation before March 31st : refund less 10% (administrative charge).
- Cancellation from April 1st : no refund will be given. Name changes are requested before May 20.
- After May 20, no name changes will be accepted.
- No-Shows at the congress will be charged the full fee.
- Refunds will be processed until end of July 2023.
NB: This cancellation policy is not applicable for Group/Sponsor reservations (please contact registration@espr2023.com for more information).
